LeakPrint is a free tool for tracing leaked Word documents, made by [Peter W. Szabo](https://www.linkedin.com/in/wszabopeter/).

## Who makes it

Peter W. Szabo builds and runs LeakPrint. Questions, bug reports and ideas are welcome on [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/wszabopeter/).

## Why it runs in your browser

The documents worth protecting are the ones you least want to upload. LeakPrint makes and checks copies on your computer, so its server never sees them. [How LeakPrint works](https://leakprint.com/how-it-works#privacy) shows how to check.

## Status

LeakPrint is in beta: Word documents only, up to 10 copies each. Its marking rules are versioned, so the copies you make today stay identifiable in later releases.

## Support LeakPrint

LeakPrint is free, with no ads and no accounts. If you like it, [get me a ko-fi](https://ko-fi.com/wszabopeter).
